Fantastic new legislation for veterans seeking in-state tuition. Essentially the GI PROMISE waives the formerly required one year of habitation in colorado to file for in-state classification. However, the same types of information are required. Vehicle registrations must be changed, A Colorado Driver License must be obtained and income tax information is required.
